I would like to take a minute and thank you for your help during the purchase of my new house in Sussex County.  

As you know, I had tried to work with a bank directly previously, similar situation as our purchase, where we provided back up for the offer and the reason it was  fair.  Fortunately we did not end up getting the house  (we like the house we purchased better!).
